This is one of THE most beautiful places in the whole entire world! These pictures don't even do any justice to it! As we were making our way to Kalispell Montana, we drove through this narrow mountaineous drive called "Logan Pass" which is in Glacier National Park. The waterfalls that were practically falling into our van window and scenic views took our breath away! What amazing creations and wonders! You just feel like you are on top of the world. I went here as a preteen but I sure didn't appreciate it as much as I do now.
We got out to climb, explore, and touch the snow. Cousin Alyssa was very helpful to the girls!
On our way home from our trip, we went back through Logan Pass and stopped at the visitor's center. Can you see Grandma H. ?
There is a hike that starts at the visitor's center and goes for at least a mile.
Alyssa was again helpful in hiking up with the girls! What would we do without her!
Here the kids are half way through the hike. We didn't make it all the way to the top because..well..flip flops and snow just don't mix!
Isn't this beauty amongst such beauty!
We were lucky to see a lot of wild life that day. We turned around and this deer just happened to be right there in our faces. It was pretty funny, like, woa!
A marmott,

and a mountain goat.
Then, to top it all off, we saw this amazing black bear! There was a hold up in traffic, so before we knew why, Curtis zoomed pass the train of cars and then we noticed, ahhh, that's why! We hoped not too many drivers were upset with us. The kids were pretending that the angry motorists were chasing us all the way home. You should have heard the noise level in our car..it would have scared any black bear away!

Those are beautiful pictures - the one of the waterfall coming down the rock steps, so pretty! Too cute that your girls are in flip flops on the snow! I love the picture of Evey in the field of wildflowers, just beautiful! Lots of wildlife, I must say! Pretty cool to see all of those animals in their natural habitat, what a neat day to spend with your kids!
